I had originally thought on putting my unit for sale back in early 2024 but with no rush. Rather selling it in 4th Q of the year or early 2025. At that time I contacted Gabriela to ask for everything about selling a condo (requirements, documents, listings, pricing etc.) and she almost literally walked me through it. Afterwards she kept me up to date on any and every changing market condition. Once I was decided to sell and contacted Gabriela, she immediately sent me all required paperwork for listing the unit.
